Thermal Kinetics is in the midst of assisting Al-Corn in Claremont, MN in the expansion of their ethanol plant, which will add 70 MGPY of ethanol production capacity.

ethanol from corn The heart of the equipment installation will include Thermal Kinetics’ patented Distillation, Dehydration and Evaporation (DDE) system. This technology will save the plant at least 15-20 % in steam usage compared to traditional ethanol processing systems that are commonly used in the industry.
